Luxury New-Build Apartment, The Bishops Avenue, London.

 

Commissioned by a distinguished gentleman, this three-bedroom residence was designed to be dramatic, richly layered, and elegantly refined. The scheme was thoughtfully developed around the client’s existing art collection, ensuring each piece feels perfectly at home within the interiors.

 

A striking wallpaper in the entrance hall, accessed directly from the private lift, sets the tone. It is paired with bespoke coat storage, blending practicality with sophistication. The living area was reimagined to conceal the existing wall-mounted air-conditioning unit within a custom-designed TV wall, complemented by the addition of an extra-long bar, creating a sense of balance and grandeur.

 

The open-plan layout unites the living, kitchen, and dining spaces, offering a welcoming ambience that feels both dramatic and comfortable. The original kitchen was retained but elevated with a breathtaking bookmatched marble splashback, transforming it into a centrepiece of the home.

 

Anchoring the dining area, a large table sits beneath the angled roofline, while a statement pendant light enhances both the architectural lines above and the refined finish of the table below.
